Uniform

We take pride in the fact that all pupils wear school uniform, and we run our own shop to ensure that this is possible. Arriving at school well presented and in uniform is an indication that we are ready to achieve high standards of self-discipline and behaviour, which will help us to be successful in our learning. It also unites us as part of the same community and gives us a sense of pride in belonging to our school.

Jewellery

For the safety of all pupils we ask that children do not wear jewellery to school other than a watch, which may help them to learn to tell the time. If children have pierced ears they ‘must’ only wear studs! We also ask that children’s hair is a suitable style and length to help promote a smart sense of appearance. For health and safety reasons we ask that the only hair accessories children wear are slides or bobbles for tying their hair up, or keeping it out of their eyes. For P.E. ‘All’ long hair ‘MUST’ be tied up.
